It started with a windy afternoon in 2013.
Our founder had gone to see a piece of land. On site, the broker, the seller and everyone else were trying to spread huge TP and DP maps across the back of a car, holding the corners down against the wind, just to work out where the plot actually sat.
Then came a trip to the mamlatdar office for the 7/12, and a call to a lawyer to find the jantri rate. It took three days to gather the basics, before our founder could even tell the seller whether there was any interest in the land.
That’s when the idea took shape: everything about land should be in one place.My Estate Point was born.
